Your occasion, our coastline

Celebrate somewhere unforgettable

A private charter turns any celebration into an occasion, with your own deck, your own music and El Arco as the backdrop. We help you choose a yacht that fits your guest list and plan the details that make the day yours.

From a romantic dinner for two to a wedding cruise for more than a hundred guests, we arrange yachts, catamarans and event boats for groups of every size. Decorations, a cake, flowers, catering or a photographer can often be added for an additional cost, depending on the yacht and date.

What to decide before you book

  • Guest count: sets the size of yacht. Choose extra space if you plan a seated meal or dancing.
  • Time of day: daytime charters add swimming and snorkeling, while sunset cruises bring golden light for photos.
  • Food and drinks: some yachts include a chef and open bar, others offer catering or snacks.
  • Extras: decorations, a cake, flowers, music or a photographer can often be arranged at an extra cost.
  • Length: two to three hours suits a sunset toast; four hours or more allows a swim stop and a relaxed meal.

Questions & answers

Planning an event on a yacht

General questions about celebrations on board. Each event page below has its own detailed FAQs.

What kinds of events can we host on a yacht in Cabo?

Birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, vow renewals, weddings and receptions, bachelor and bachelorette parties, family reunions, holiday celebrations and corporate events all work well on board. If your occasion is not listed, ask us. Most celebrations can be adapted to a yacht.

How many guests can a party yacht hold?

Our options range from yachts for couples to boats for large groups: the 72' and 74' Blue Water yachts host up to 50 guests, the 90' Event Yacht up to 120, and the 90' Party Boat up to 200. The right size depends on whether you plan a seated meal, dancing or a swim stop.

Can you arrange decorations, flowers or a cake?

Often, yes. Decorations, flowers, a celebration cake and similar touches can usually be arranged for an additional cost, depending on the yacht and how much notice we have. Tell us your ideas in your quote request.

Can we bring our own food, drinks or decorations?

Some yachts allow you to bring your own drinks, snacks and decorations, while others include catering and a bar. Policies differ by boat, so we confirm what you can bring when we quote. Many yachts do not allow confetti or glitter, which is hard to clean up and harmful in the ocean.

Can we have music or a DJ on board?

Most yachts have a sound system you can connect your playlist to. A DJ or live music can be arranged on some yachts for an additional cost; the 100' Azimut listing, for example, mentions a DJ as an option.

Is a daytime or a sunset event better?

Daytime events leave time for swimming, snorkeling and lunch, which suits families and active groups. Sunset cruises are shorter and more atmospheric, ideal for toasts, proposals and photos. Sunset in Cabo ranges from roughly 5:30 pm in late November and December to just after 7 pm in June and July.

How far in advance should we plan a yacht event?

As early as you can, especially for weekends, holidays and large groups, since the bigger event boats are limited in number. A few weeks' notice also gives time to arrange decorations, catering or a photographer.

Can a photographer join our celebration?

Yes, a professional photographer experienced in photographing yacht events can often be arranged for an additional cost. You are also welcome to bring your own photographer; just include them in your guest count.

Can we combine a celebration with snorkeling or swimming?

Yes, on daytime charters. Many groups celebrate with a cruise past El Arco, a swim stop in a sheltered bay and a meal on board. The captain decides when and where swimming is safe on the day.

Is there a minimum charter length for events?

Minimums depend on the yacht and the date. Most events are booked for two to four hours, and some boats require longer bookings at busy times. We confirm the minimum when we quote.

What information do you need to quote an event?

Your date and preferred time, number of guests, the occasion, how long you would like to be on the water, and any food, drink or decoration ideas. A budget range also helps us suggest the right yachts. Send it all through our quote request form.
